This method is ideal for all users and simplifies the transfer of your future orders and products to Gelato. By using the Import Order function, your Etsy orders are recreated as drafts in Gelato, initially marked as Not Connected. This gives you the flexibility to connect individual items or ignore them as needed. Once an order item is connected, all subsequent orders containing the same product will be processed automatically based on your store settings.

If you have a limited number of products in your Etsy store, this option allows you to connect them to Gelato individually. After connecting your Etsy store, your existing products will automatically appear in your Gelato store as Not Connected. You can then choose to connect the products you want Gelato to fulfill and mark others as Ignored if you prefer to use a different fulfillment method.
