Connecting Your Etsy Store
Before connecting your Etsy store to Gelato, you need to have both accounts set up. If you haven't already, create your Etsy seller account and your Gelato account.
Creating Your Etsy Seller Account
To create your Etsy seller account, navigate to etsy.com and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your shop. Ensure you complete all the required steps to avoid any issues later. You can always update your information as needed.

To activate your Etsy seller account, you need to create at least one listing. You can remove this listing later if you wish.

Connecting to Gelato
Once your Etsy seller account is set up:
Log in to your Gelato account.
Go to the "Stores" section.
Click on the "Connect" button.
You will be prompted to grant Gelato access to your Etsy account. Once granted, your Etsy store will be connected to Gelato.
If you have multiple Etsy stores, you can connect them to Gelato by logging out of your Etsy account, selecting the option to connect an Etsy store in your Gelato dashboard, and then logging in to the next store you want to connect.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If you encounter any difficulties connecting your store, try these troubleshooting steps:
Ensure your browser is up to date.
Disable any browser plugins that might block pop-up windows.
Try using Google Chrome.
Clear your browser's cookies.

Adding or Migrating Products

Note that newly created products will be added as drafts to prevent Etsy from charging you until you're ready to publish them.
