This article provides instructions on how to disconnect your Etsy store from Gelato. There are two possible scenarios and the process will vary depending on when you created your Etsy store.
Disconnecting your Etsy Store
For stores created before January 2023, follow the steps below:
Go to your Etsy Shop Manager.
Select Integrations.
Navigate to the Manage tab.
Locate the Gelato integration.
Click on Disconnect.
Disconnecting your Etsy Store Created After January 2023
Due to updates by Etsy, if you created your Etsy store around January 2023, Gelato may not be listed in your integrations list. In this case, you will need to disconnect (delete) your Etsy store directly from your Gelato Dashboard.
Open your Gelato Dashboard.
Go to Stores > Three dots in the Etsy panel > Edit store details.
Scroll down to the bottom of the store settings page and click on the 'Delete store' button.
Write your store name in the pop-up window to confirm and click on the 'Delete Store' button.
Please note: Once your store is deleted, we won't be able to restore your products. If you decide to connect the store again, all products from the store will have to be reconnected with Gelato.
