You can easily move your existing listings on Etsy to be fulfilled via Gelato, no matter if you today fulfill them via another supplier or manually yourself.
There are 3 options to move your products:
Import orders (highly recommended for everyone)
Connect individual listings (if you have a few products)
Bulk connect products (if you have hundreds or thousands of products)
Import orders
You can easily transfer your future orders and products to Gelato by using the Import order function. It will create all orders that you receive from Etsy as draft orders in Gelato. These orders will be in the Not Connected status and you can choose if you want to connect or ignore each item in the order. Once you have connected an order item any future order with the same product will be automatically processed for you (in accordance with your store settings).
Connect individual listings
If you already have existing products on your Etsy store, they will be automatically pushed through to your Gelato store after connecting. The products will appear as "Not connected" which means that Gelato won't be fulfilling those unless you choose so. If there are any products you would like to be fulfilled with a different supplier, just mark them as "Ignored" in Gelato.
Bulk connect products
If you are looking to move to Gelato and have hundreds or thousands of products in your store, then this option is for you.
To bulk migrate the products and variants we will leverage the Bulk Import Products functionality. There is no limit to how many products and variants can be imported and connected with it in one go.
