This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to modify the product configuration of your Etsy listings that are already linked to Gelato. Whether you want to adjust the paper type, modify sizes and colors, or make other changes to specific variations, this guide has got you covered!
Updating Your Etsy Listing's Configuration
Each product has bulk editing options listed at the top of the product detail screen.
To access these options, simply open your Gelato dashboard, go to your Etsy store, and click on the product you want to edit.
If you experience any issues with the availability of the bulk edit buttons, please contact our customer service team for a further review.
Editing your design and product variants
To make changes to your design or remove/add more variants, you need to open the design editor.
You will access the same options as during the product creation process - adding color and size options, as well as full access to the entire design editor.

Editing mockups
This section will allow you to change the mockups that Gelato sends to your store.
Please keep in mind that applying changes to mockups, overwrites the current mockups you have in your store - it means that the previous images will be replaced.

Editing details and prices
Clicking on Edit details will allow you to change the description, title and tags related to your product - these changes will be immediately published to your store.
Clicking on Edit prices will open our price setting interface allowing you to change each products price - you will have the same options as when originally creating the product, allowing to have full control over the price of each individual variant at all times.
Price, Mockup and Detail editing can be done directly in Etsy, however, to ensure synchronization, it is recommended to apply all changes directly through Gelato - if making the changes in Etsy is necessary, remember to use the Sync products feature to ensure that the products remain connected.
