Accessing Your Transaction History
To view your Gelato Wallet transaction history, follow these steps:
Log in to your Gelato account.
Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Billing > Payment > Wallets.
Click on the three-dot menu and select Transaction History.
You'll see an overview of your transactions from the last 30 days. You can use the date filters to adjust the period you want to view.
Understanding Your Transaction History
Your transaction history provides a detailed record of all the activity related to your Gelato Wallet. Here's a breakdown of the information you'll find:
Manual top-ups: These are funds you've added to your wallet manually.
Automatic top-up: These are automatic top-ups set up to maintain a specific balance in your wallet. You can learn more about setting up auto top-ups here.
Automatic payment for the order: This refers to instances when your wallet is automatically topped up to cover the cost of an order.
Internal top-up: This includes bank transfers or manual top-ups made by Gelato.
Refund: Refunds for canceled orders are credited back to your wallet. For more information on refunds, click here.
Withdrawal: This indicates withdrawals made from your Gelato Wallet. Learn more about withdrawing funds from your wallet here.
You can filter your transaction history by transaction type to quickly find specific transactions.
To identify the card used for a particular transaction, refer to the "payment method" column in your wallet.
