Withdrawing Funds from Your Gelato Wallet
Withdrawing money from your Gelato Wallet is a straightforward process. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your Gelato account and go to the dashboard.
Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
Navigate to Billing > Payment > Wallets.
Locate the Gelato Wallet you'd like to withdraw funds from.
Click on the 3-dot menu to the right of the wallet.
Select Withdraw money.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Check the box to confirm you understand the withdrawal process.
Click on Confirm withdrawal request.
Important Notes
The withdrawal amount cannot exceed your current Gelato Wallet balance.
Withdrawals are irreversible, so please double-check the amount before confirming.
Funds will be transferred within 3 business days.
Refunds may be processed in multiple transactions based on the quantity initially paid. For example, a refund of $30 may appear in two records of $19 and $11.
If payment is canceled or refunded during processing, the initial charge may disappear from your account. Check with your bank for confirmation.
