This article explains how to manage your company information, including your company name, VAT ID, and billing address, directly from your Gelato Dashboard.
Managing Your Company Information
You can easily update your company information by accessing the Company Info section within your Gelato Dashboard settings. Here’s how:
Log in to your Gelato Dashboard.
Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
Navigate to Settings > Company.
Updating Your Billing Address
To add or update your billing address:
Once in Company info, go to the Basic Company Details section.
Here, you can update your Company Name, Company Number (optional), and Company VAT numbers.
In the Billing address subsection, you can add or update your company's billing address.
After making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the section.
Changes to your billing address will only apply to future orders placed or imported after the change.
