This article explains how to manage your Gelato+ subscription, including downloading invoices, resubscribing, and updating your billing information.


Managing Your Gelato+ Subscription

Downloading Invoices

You can easily access and download invoices for your Gelato+ subscription by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gelato account and go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.

  3. Select "Billing" and then "Subscription Billing History."

In the pop-up window, you can view your invoices. Scroll through the list and download any invoices you need. To access older invoices, click on "Load more" to expand the list.

Resubscribing to Gelato+

To reactivate a previous Gelato+ subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gelato account and go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.

  3. Navigate to "Subscriptions."

  4. Click on the "Resubscribe" button.

  5. In the pop-up window, click "Reactivate Subscription" and then "Confirm."

Once you confirm, the subscription management page will update. You will be able to access your Gelato+ benefits again shortly.

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment method or billing address for your Gelato+ subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gelato account and go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.

  3. Go to "Subscriptions" and click "Resubscribe."

  4. Click on either "Change Plan" or "Resubscribe" depending on your subscription status.

  5. In the pop-up window, click the back arrow twice.

  6. To update billing details, choose "Billing and Shipping Addresses." You can change the country, add a VAT ID, and modify other information.

  7. To change your payment method, select "Payment Methods." You can add a new card, use PayPal, or choose another payment option.

Starting Your Gelato+ Subscription

When you sign up for Gelato+ for the first time, you can set up your billing information during the free trial process. Here's how:

  1. Click on "Start Free Trial" and then "Get Free Trial."

  2. Select either the monthly or annual plan.

  3. Click "Get Free Trial" to confirm.

  4. Enter your company details in the pop-up window.

After clicking "Continue," you'll be prompted to enter your payment details. You can pay with:

  • Card

  • PayPal

  • Payoneer
