If you would like to add or update your Company info including the company name, VAT ID, or the billing address shown on VAT invoices please go to Gelato Dashboard to do it. You can enter the relevant section with your company info here. If you would like to enter this section please:
Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the dashboard and navigate to Settings > Company
Once in the Company info in section Basic Company Details, you can set your Company name, and Company number (optional) and add Company VAT numbers. In the subsection below (Billing address). You can add or update your company's Billing Address. After making changes to the billing address, please click on the 'Save changes' located at the bottom of this section.
After updating the billing address in this section, the address change will apply to future orders placed or imported after the change.
