If you're using the manual order approval process and need to include a personalized message to the recipient, you can easily do so by adding it as a label/insert. This is especially helpful when your customer wants to include a special note with the order.

Keep in mind that this feature is exclusively available for Gelato+ or Gelato+ Gold customers.
