While we haven’t yet connected our systems to automatically include gift messages, Gelato+ and Gelato+ Gold users can still add them manually. Here’s how:
For orders requiring manual approval, you can personalize the Packaging Insert.
Simply access the order details and incorporate the customer’s gift message.

Automatic gift message printing from Etsy, Shopify, or WooCommerce through Gelato’s Product Personalization tool is not yet available.
