Download our app from the App Store and the Google Play Store to any Android or iOS device. Sign in using your Gelato account email and password.
Before you can create orders in the Beta version of the app, you first need to finish setting up your account and add a payment method on the web.
Streamlined Store Management
The Gelato mobile app provides a centralized hub for overseeing your stores and products effortlessly. Here's what you can do:
Access all your stores and products
Find the product you are looking for by using the search bar
Update or edit store details
Update product status with “Disconnect”, “Ignore”, and “Delete” actions
Set up or change your store product prices within the app, you can do it on a variant level, or in bulk!

With the Gelato mobile app, you can easily monitor all your orders and shipments. The app provides a comprehensive overview of your order fulfillment and payment statuses. You can also perform the following actions:
Search and filter through orders
Place a Reorder
Cancel an order (when possible)
Update the artwork and approve an order in Pending Approval status
For shipped orders, access the tracking details
You can adjust the type of notifications you would like to receive. Activate alerts for different order status, shipping alerts, pending approvals, and more!

Current Limitations
While the Gelato mobile app offers a wide range of features, it's important to note the current limitations:
You need to connect your store to the web version
For advanced designed functions (i.e layers) you will also need to use the web version
Editing of apparel with embroidery is not yet supported in the mobile app
Remove payment method: This is only possible through the web version. See steps here.
