Changing the Shipping Method

If you need to modify the shipping method for an order, you can easily do so through your Gelato Dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Orders page and locate the order you want to change. Utilize the filters for quicker retrieval.

  2. Click on the order reference ID to access the order details. If the order is not yet printed, click Cancel (top-left corner) and proceed to reorder.

  3. Review the order details and complete the reorder process.
