This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to easily reorder products using the Gelato Dashboard, whether you need a replacement for a damaged order or simply want to order more of a previous purchase.
Locating Your Order
To get started with your reorder, navigate to the "Orders" page on your Gelato Dashboard. Here's how:
Access the "Orders" page on your Gelato Dashboard.
To quickly find the specific order you want to reorder, utilize the search filters available. This can save you time, especially if you have a high volume of orders.
Initiating the Reorder
Once you've located the order you wish to reorder, click on its reference ID. This will take you to a detailed view of that specific order.
In the upper-left corner of the order detail page, you'll find a clearly marked "Reorder" button. Click on this button to start the reorder process.
Reviewing and Customizing
Before finalizing your reorder, take a moment to review the order details. Gelato makes it easy to make changes if needed:
Carefully check all the order details to ensure accuracy.
Click on the three dots (...) located next to the product price if you need to:
Review and modify the design.
Remove the product from the reorder.
Create a duplicate of the product.
Once you are satisfied with your order, click on "Continue to Shipping" at the bottom of the page. This will generate a shipping quote for you.
Selecting Shipping and Payment
After reviewing the shipping cost, you're ready to finalize your order:
The subsequent page will present you with various shipping options and their corresponding prices. Choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
After selecting your preferred shipping method, click on "Continue to review" to proceed.
Completing Your Reorder
A review page will appear, giving you a final opportunity to ensure all details of your reorder are correct.
If everything looks good, click on "Pay securely" to complete your reorder. Your replacement order, with the same specifications as the original, will be processed and prepared for shipment.
Reordering with Product Corrections
If the original product you're reordering had an error (e.g., design flaw, incorrect size, wrong item), directly clicking "Reorder" will replicate the error in the new order. Here's the solution:
After clicking "Reorder", remove the product with the error from your order.
Add a new instance of the same product but with the error corrected.
Proceed with the rest of the reorder process as outlined above.
