This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to locate the estimated delivery date and tracking information for your order within the Gelato Dashboard.
Locating Your Order Details
To access your order details, navigate to the Gelato Dashboard and follow these steps:
Go to the "Orders" page.
Locate the specific order you wish to track.
Click on the order to view its detailed information.
Under the "Shipping Method" section, you'll find the following:
Shipping carrier
Estimated delivery date range
Tracking link (if applicable)
Parcel shipping updates
Tracking Link Information
Please note that the tracking link will only become active once your product has been printed and is ready for shipment. If you don't see a tracking link yet, it means your order is still being processed.
Additionally, keep in mind that:
The tracking link will not update until your order status changes to "Shipped."
Not all shipping methods offer tracking. If your order is not trackable, a tracking link will not be provided.
