This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to cancel an order directly from the Gelato Dashboard, offering a convenient alternative to using the API service.


Canceling Your Gelato Order

You can cancel your order effortlessly through your Gelato Dashboard by following these simple steps:

  1. Access your Gelato Dashboard and navigate to the "Orders" section in the left-side menu.

  2. Locate the specific order you wish to cancel.

  3. Click on the order to access its detailed information page.

  4. On the order details page, you'll find a "Cancel" button. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Considerations

Please note that orders can only be canceled before they enter the printing phase. This includes orders with the following statuses: "Digitizing," "Uploading," or "Passed."

Once your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be automatically credited to your Gelato Wallet, ensuring a seamless experience.
