Deleting from Gelato
You can easily remove unwanted products and variants directly from Gelato. Here's how:
Go to the product or variant you want to delete.
Click on the three dots next to "Edit" or "Edit variant".
Select "Delete".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once you confirm, the deletion will be automatically synced to your Squarespace store. Please note: This action cannot be undone. If you need the product again, you'll have to re-add it, either from Gelato or directly in Squarespace.
Deleting from Squarespace
You can also remove products or variants directly from your Squarespace store. Here's how:
Deleting a Product
Log in to your Squarespace account.
Go to "Commerce" > "Inventory".
Check the box next to the product you want to delete.
Click on "Delete".
Deleting a Variant
Log in to your Squarespace account.
Go to "Commerce" > "Inventory".
Select the product that contains the variant you want to delete.
Click on "Manage Options".
Find the variant you want to delete and click on the bin icon.
