This article explains how order tracking information is handled for customers who use Squarespace.
Shipping and Tracking
Gelato uses a white-label system, which means that we don't communicate directly with your customers. When an order is marked as shipped, we'll send the tracking number and shipping information to Squarespace. Squarespace can then automatically send this information to your customers via email.
