This article explains how end-customers receive automated shipping and tracking information for orders placed through a Wix store.


Automated Shipping and Tracking

Gelato uses a white-label approach, meaning we don't directly send information to your end customers. Instead, once an order is marked as shipped, we provide shipping information, including the tracking number, to Wix.

Wix then automatically sends tracking codes and shipping confirmation emails to your end customers. This ensures a seamless experience for your buyers while maintaining your brand identity.
