Gelato operates as a white-label solution, meaning we don't directly communicate with your end-customers. Instead, we work behind the scenes to ensure a seamless fulfillment process.
When an order is shipped, we mark it as such in your Etsy account and provide Etsy with the necessary shipping information, including tracking numbers. Etsy then automatically sends shipping confirmation emails containing tracking details directly to your customers.

You can conveniently monitor the progress of your orders and access tracking information through the Gelato Dashboard. This allows you to stay informed about the status of shipments without the need for direct customer interaction.
