Understanding Order Statuses
When your customers place an order for a Gelato-connected product through your Squarespace store, the order is reflected in both your Squarespace and Gelato order histories. However, the displayed order status may differ between the two platforms.
To clarify the status discrepancies, refer to the table below for a clear mapping of corresponding order statuses in Gelato and Squarespace.

Important Note
Please remember that Gelato only processes orders that have been paid for. Orders that are not marked as paid in Squarespace will not be transmitted to Gelato for fulfillment.
