Understanding Order Statuses
When using the Wix integration with Gelato, the order statuses in your Wix account might differ from those in your Gelato account. This is because Wix statuses are primarily based on fulfillment, while Gelato uses a more detailed system to reflect the production and shipping process.

For a seamless order management experience, we recommend not manually marking orders as "Fulfilled" in Wix. Instead, let the system automatically update the status to Wix once the order is shipped from Gelato.
Payment Statuses
In addition to fulfillment statuses, Wix also uses payment statuses: Paid and Unpaid. It's important to note that Gelato only processes paid orders. Orders marked as "Unpaid" in Wix will not be sent to Gelato for production.
