This article explains how to identify matching order statuses between your Etsy and Gelato accounts when using the Etsy integration.
Order Status Matching
When your customers place an order on Etsy for a product connected to Gelato, the order is reflected in both your Etsy and Gelato order histories. However, they may display different order statuses.
Use the table below to identify the corresponding Gelato status for each Etsy order status:
Etsy status | Gelato status |
New (not paid) | na (order will not be sent to Gelato) |
New (marked as paid) | "Passed" or "Printed" |
Completed | "Shipped" (submitted tracking information) |
While Etsy allows custom order statuses, these custom statuses are not supported for assignment to specific Gelato order statuses.
