This article provides a comprehensive guide on connecting your individual products to Gelato, allowing for seamless order fulfillment. We'll walk you through each step, from accessing your Gelato account to publishing your connected products.
Connecting Your Product to Gelato
To initiate the connection process, navigate to your Gelato account and follow these steps:
Go to the left-hand menu and select "Stores."
Choose the specific store you want to work with.
Locate the product you wish to connect and click on "Connect Product." This action configures the product for fulfillment through Gelato.
If you have specific product variants you don't want to connect, simply click "Ignore."
Selecting Your Gelato Product
After clicking "Connect Product," you'll be redirected to the Gelato Product Catalog. Here, you can select the corresponding Gelato product for your variant, specifying the format and other product characteristics.
Designing and Connecting
Once you've chosen your product, you'll be taken to the Gelato Editor. This interface allows you to customize your product's design:
On the left side, explore the design options available to you. To upload your images, go to "Files."
You can create distinct design variations for each variant (viewable on the right side).
After finalizing your design, click "Continue to Mockups" in the top right corner.
Next, select the mockup that best represents your product and click "Continue to Connect" in the top right corner.
You'll then see an overview of the items you're about to connect. Review the details and proceed to the final step.
Publishing Your Product
The last step involves setting the prices for your connected product. Once you've input the pricing details, click on the top right corner to publish your product.
After successful publication, you'll see a confirmation message as shown below.
