Frames and hangers are not produced on demand but are stocked at our print partners in each region and added to your orders as needed.
This means that occasionally some frames and hangers might go temporarily out of stock in a specific region and cannot be ordered.
You can easily see the stock status of a specific frame or hanger in our product catalog. Simply select the product you are interested in, select the size, and scroll down to the "Stock availability" section to see the stock status - see below.
By clicking on "Show more", you will be able to see a full overview of all the formats and regions and use the filters at the top to narrow down your search.
The stock status is displayed per region (as we stock frames and hangers in regional hubs). Also, for each SKU (e.g. 11x17in wood frame) and region, we show whether the product is:
