Understanding Frame and Hanger Stock
Unlike our print products, frames, and hangers are not produced on demand. They are held in stock at our printing partner facilities in various regions. Occasionally, specific frames or hangers might be temporarily unavailable in a particular region.
Checking Stock Availability
To check if a frame or hanger is in stock, follow these steps:
Go to the Gelato product catalog.
Choose the product, then select the desired size.
Scroll down to the "Stock availability" section.
For a comprehensive overview of all formats and regions, click "Show more." You can refine your search using the filters at the top.
The stock status is shown for each region, as we manage frame and hanger inventory regionally. For every SKU (e.g., 11x17in wood frame) and region, the following stock statuses are displayed:
