My product fails to publish as it does not exist in my store anymore. What should I do?

When publishing a new product for your ecommerce store (Etsy/Shopify/etc.) you might see an error message "product can not be published, please check if this product still exists in your store ", which means that the product was deleted or archived and can’t be published because of that.

Please follow the steps to solve the issue:

  • Unarchive the product in your store you would like to publish;

  • If the product was deleted, then delete it from Gelato Dashboard and create a new one, and connect the product.
