What can I do if my store is showing as inactive in Gelato?

If there's a problem with Gelato's connection with your store, your store may show as 'Inactive' on the Store section page. You can try the following suggestions:

  • Restart the connection in the store section by clicking on the Connect button and from the Connect a new store area

  • Reinstall the Gelato app by removing and installing it again from your ecommerce stall.

  • Delete your store from Gelato in Edit store settings and reconnect it again.
