If your store is experiencing connection issues with Gelato, it might appear as "Inactive" on the Store section page. To resolve this, try the following solutions:
Restart the connection: Go to the "Store section" and click the "Connect" button. In the "Connect a new store" area, re-establish the connection.
Reinstall the Gelato app: Remove the Gelato app from your e-commerce platform and then reinstall it.
Delete and reconnect your store: In "Edit store settings," delete your store from Gelato and then reconnect it.
