During the connection process between Wix and Gelato, your store might get stuck in the "Fetching products" status.

When it happens, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Simply go through the reconnection process:

  2. If the mentioned above didn't fix the issue, please fully delete your store from the Gelato dashboard:
