When ordering from different suppliers, remember that Gelato automatically converts centimeters to inches (and vice versa) based on the shipping destination:
Orders shipped to the US or Canada are processed in inches.
Orders shipped to the rest of the world are processed in centimeters.
To prevent compatibility problems, it's recommended to order both your poster and frame from Gelato.
Scenario 2: Poster and Frame Ordered from Gelato
If you ordered both from Gelato, follow these checks:
Check if the poster fits from the back: Sometimes, the back of the frame offers more space than the front. Instructions on how to insert a poster into a frame can be found here.
