This error means a product you're trying to order can't be produced in the location you selected. This could happen for several reasons depending on the product type.

Here's a breakdown of common issues and solutions based on product categories:

Frames, Hangers, and Framed Posters

These products have global availability, so you shouldn't encounter this error. If you do, please contact our Customer Support team with the following:

  • The product(s) you're trying to order

  • Your shipping address

  • A screenshot of the error

Cards, Calendars, and Roll-ups

These items are region-specific to North America and the Rest of the World. You might have selected a format not supported in your chosen country.

To resolve this:

  • Check our product catalog to ensure you're not ordering a region-specific item.

  • Find the closest alternative and order that instead.

If the item is listed in the catalog for your region, but you still see the error, please reach out to our Customer Support team with this information:

  • The product(s) you're trying to order

  • Your shipping address

  • A screenshot of the error

To streamline the ordering process, we recommend using custom shipping profiles in your ecommerce store to restrict delivery countries based on product availability. This ensures customers only order region-specific items that can be shipped to their location.

Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels

Manual sample orders for Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels are only available in the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Sweden

  • France

  • Denmark

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Germany

We plan to expand to more countries soon.

Please note: This feature is exclusive to Gelato+ or Gelato+ Gold customers.

Apparel

Several factors can cause delivery issues for apparel:

  • Stock availability: If your chosen size or color isn't available in the local production facility and can't be shipped from another location, the order can't be fulfilled.

  • Shipping restrictions: Some destinations have restrictions on apparel imports.

  • Customization options: If the print and embroidery areas you select (front, back, sleeves, etc.) aren't supported by the production facilities in your region, delivery might not be possible.

We currently offer automatic conversion between lb and gsm papers for posters only.
