This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete draft and pending approval orders within the Gelato platform.
Deleting an Order
You can delete orders that have a status "Draft" or "Pending approval" directly from your Gelato Dashboard. Here's how:
Locate the order you wish to delete within your Gelato Dashboard.
Click on the three-dot menu located to the right of the order.
Select "Delete order" from the dropdown menu.
Confirm your decision to delete the order.
Deleting a Draft Order
When viewing a draft order, you can delete it by selecting "Delete order" in the top right corner of the screen.
Please note: Once an order is deleted, it cannot be restored.
