Reasons for Pending Approval
Your order may have a "Pending Approval" status for the following reasons:
Manual Order Approval Workflow is Activated: If you have selected "Manual" in the "Order Approval" section of your store settings, every order will require manual approval before being sent for printing. This option allows you to edit orders, such as uploading customized designs, before submitting them to Gelato for fulfillment. First-Time Order Without Company Details: Gelato requires your billing information, referred to as "Company Details" in the Gelato Dashboard, to process your orders. If you haven't provided this information when placing your first order, it will be put on hold.
Providing Company Details
To provide your company details, please follow these steps:
Navigate to "Settings" in your Gelato Dashboard.
Click on "Company."
Enter your basic company details.
Ensure to save your changes.
