Yes, you can easily delete an order with the status "Draft" or "Pending approval" as shown below.
Find the order in the Gelato Dashboard
Click on the 3-dot menu on the right and select "Delete order"
Confirm your choice
When you open a draft order you can also delete it by selecting “Delete order” in the top right corner.
The order that has been deleted can not be restored.
