Go to your Etsy "Shop Manager" section

Click "Listings".

Select the listing(s) that you wish to connect to Gelato delivery profiles.

Click "Editing options" and after that "Change delivery profiles" from the dropdown menu.

In the next window, click the "Select profile…" to display a dropdown menu

Select the correct delivery profile (eg. Gelato: Mugs to apply to a White 11oz Ceramic mug) and click "Apply" to save your changes.
