How can I add connected products to the Gelato shipping profiles?

This article explains how to seamlessly connect your Shopify products with Gelato's shipping profiles for efficient order fulfillment. By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your products are associated with the correct shipping rates and options, providing a smooth experience for both you and your customers.


Connecting Your Products

To link your Shopify products to Gelato shipping profiles, follow these steps:

  1. In your Shopify admin panel, go to "Settings."

  2. Select "Delivery and shipping."

  3. Click on "App shipping profiles."

  4. Locate the specific Gelato shipping profile you want to use (e.g., "Gelato: Mugs" for mugs).

  5. Click on "Manage rates" within the chosen profile.

Managing Product Selection

  1. On the next page, click on "Manage Products."

  2. A window displaying your products will appear. Use the search bar to find specific products if needed.

  3. Check the boxes next to the products you want to link to this shipping profile.

  4. Save your changes.
