In order to remove Gelato delivery profiles from your Etsy store, you will need to do so manually from Etsy.

Please note that Gelato shipping profiles are not automatically removed after you uninstall the Gelato app.

You can find Gelato delivery profiles in your Etsy Shop Manager under Settings > Delivery settings > Delivery profiles.

You can click on the bin-shaped delete button to remove Gelato delivery profiles on this page.
