Offer free shipping to your customers at checkout using the Gelato free shipping profile. While your customers won't incur shipping charges, you will still be billed the standard flat shipping rate by Gelato. Therefore, ensure your retail price covers the shipping cost.

Create your own shipping profiles in Shopify to set your preferred shipping prices at checkout. Keep in mind that Gelato will still charge you their standard flat shipping rate, so factor this into your pricing strategy.

Utilize Gelato live shipping rates to provide your customers with the choice between Economy and Express shipping methods during checkout. With this option, Gelato will charge you the live shipping rate that you pass on to your customer.
