Before You Delete Your Account
Before you proceed with account deletion, we strongly advise you to complete the following actions:
Disconnect Your Ecommerce Stores
To avoid any disruptions, disconnect your e-commerce stores from Gelato. Here's how:1. Go to the Stores section. 2. Select your store. 3. Navigate to Store settings. 4. Choose the option to delete your store.

Unsubscribe from Gelato+
If you're subscribed to a Gelato+ Growth Plan, cancel your subscription to prevent future charges:
Click on your initials in the dashboard's upper right corner.
Go to Plans > Manage Subscription.
Select your subscription and cancel it.

Deleting Your Gelato Account
To permanently delete your account:
Click on your initials in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Settings > Company.
Click on Company Info.
Click on Delete company account at the bottom of the page. If you haven't provided a company name, you'll need to rewrite "DELETE" in capital letters during the deletion process.
Important Information
