A product UID is a unique identifier used by our global network of print partners to figure out how to print the files you send via the Gelato API. Read more here.

You can find the product uid in the Product Catalog. Select the category you are exploring, then the product and the specification you are looking for. Scroll down to the description box and you will see the product UID. See below:
