Understanding Transactions
When your customer places an order, there are two separate transactions:
Customer Payment: You charge your customer the retail price you've set for the product. This transaction takes place on your ecommerce platform.
Gelato Fulfillment: Gelato charges you separately for producing the product and shipping it to your customer. This happens when we receive the paid order from your store.

While our free plan offers a great starting point, you also have the option to supercharge your experience with one of our feature-rich subscription plans.
