This article explains what to do if your product fails to publish because it no longer exists in your store.
Why is This Happening?
If you see the error message "product can not be published, please check if this product still exists in your store", it means that the product was deleted or archived from your ecommerce store (Etsy/Shopify/etc.) and can’t be published to Gelato.
How to Solve This Issue
To resolve this, please try the following:
Unarchive the product in your store.
If the product was deleted, delete it from Gelato Dashboard and create a new one, and connect the product.
