Account Confirmation
Upon signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email from [email protected] shortly. To activate your account, simply click the link within the email. Kindly note that this link will expire after 24 hours.
Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues
If you haven't received the confirmation email, try the following:
Inspect your spam or junk mail folder to ensure the email hasn't been filtered incorrectly.
If you're using Gmail, remember to check your Social and Promotions tabs as well.
If you receive the verification email but the link does not open when you click it, try copying the link manually and pasting it into your browser's address bar.
Trouble accessing your email?
If you need to reset your password but no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, you’ll need to regain access to that email first. We recommend contacting your email service provider to recover your account.
Once you’ve restored access, you can request a password reset and complete the sign-up or login process
