I cannot log in to Gelato. What should I do?

If you are unable to log in to Gelato API, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure that you are trying to log in to the correct portal: https://dashboard.gelato.com/

  • Ensure that the email you are using is the correct one, especially if you have created (by mistake) multiple accounts.

  • Try to use a different browser

  • Try to log in in an incognito mode

  • Try to clear your browser's cache

  • Click on "Forgot password?" and wait for the email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder
