If you are unable to log in to Gelato API, please follow these steps:
Ensure that you are trying to log in to the correct portal: https://dashboard.gelato.com/
Ensure that the email you are using is the correct one, especially if you have created (by mistake) multiple accounts.
Try to use a different browser
Try to log in in an incognito mode
Try to clear your browser's cache
Click on "Forgot password?" and wait for the email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder
