Go to Products: Click the "Products" tab from the admin dashboard.
Select Your Product(s): Check the box next to each product you want to limit.
Choose "Bulk Edit": Locate and click the "Bulk Edit" option on the right side of the screen.
Enable Inventory Tracking:
Click "Columns" in the bulk editor's top menu.
Scroll down to the "Inventory" section.
Check the box for "Track quantity."
Apply to All Selected Products: Ensure all boxes are checked for the products you're updating.
Save Your Changes: Click the "Save" button.
Setting the Number of Units
Go to Inventory: On the right-hand side of the page, select "Inventory."
Set Your Limit: Under the "Available" column, input the desired number of units for each product.
Save Again: Click "Save" to finalize your changes.
