This article explains the recent update to our product catalog that introduces brand-specific product pages alongside our existing generic category pages for apparel. This change provides clarity and consistency for your shopping experience.
Brand-Specific Product Pages
We've introduced brand-specific product pages to ensure transparency and accuracy. Here's what this means for you:
Guaranteed Brand and Color: When ordering from brand-specific pages, you'll receive the exact brand and color selected, eliminating any product substitutions.
Enhanced Product Information: Offering specific brands eliminates any ambiguity about production locations and potential product variations.
Understanding Mockup Variations
You might notice a difference in product mockups on brand-specific pages compared to our previous generic pages. Here's why:
Accurate Product Representation: Mockups on brand-specific pages are designed to precisely reflect the actual product you will receive, providing a realistic preview.
Realistic Display: New mockups might feature mannequins or different settings for a truer representation of the apparel, unlike the previous flat-lay images.
Addressing Past Inconsistencies: The use of various mockups on generic pages, due to product substitutions, resulted in inconsistencies in product presentation, which is now resolved with brand-specific pages.
Please note that some mockups, such as Gelato+ mockups, are not yet available for the new brand-specific products. We are working on creating these and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Choosing the Right Product
We encourage you to select from our new brand-specific products for these reasons:
Confidence in Selection: You can be certain of receiving the desired brand and color with no substitutions.
Seamless Transition: Generic products will be phased out over time. By switching to brand-specific items now, you'll ensure a smoother experience in the future.
