Updates on Brand Specific Collection
Updated over a week ago

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best product quality, we have recently transitioned our apparel catalog from "generic" (e.g., Black Classic T-shirt) to specific SKUs (e.g., Gildan 64000). This change, driven by customer demand, allows for more precise product selection. Consequently, we will deprecate the ordering of generic pages starting July 30, 2024.

Benefits of Brand-Specific Pages:

  1. Accurate Representation: View precise sizes and colors from a single manufacturer.

  2. Brand Preference: Select your preferred brands, ensuring consistent quality.

Affected Generic Product Pages and Their Brand-Specific Mappings:

What Do You Need to Do?

  • For Products Already Connected: No action is needed. We will automatically migrate your products from the backend.

  • For New or Future Product Connections: Use brand-specific product pages and avoid using generic product pages, which will be removed on July 30, 2024.

During the transition period, you can continue selling from the generic product pages. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition.

API Customers:

  • Update Your API Calls: Modify your API calls to include brand-specific product UIDs instead of generic ones. Refer to our API documentation for detailed instructions.

You can use the document below to map between the Generic Page UIDs to brand-specific UIDs:

The generic UIDs will be removed on July 30, 2024. You can continue selling from the generic product pages through the end of the transition period. For questions or further assistance, please contact our customer support.
