This article provides a workaround for adding mockups to existing products in BigCommerce.
Adding Mockups to BigCommerce Products
Currently, you can't directly add new mockups from Gelato to already published products in BigCommerce. However, you can still update your product images with new mockups by following these steps:
Download Mockups from Gelato
First, download the desired mockups from Gelato:
Go to your Gelato store products page.
Select the product for which you need mockups.
Open the design editor to edit the product design.
In the design editor, preview your design.
Right-click on the mockup images you want to download.
Save the images to your computer.
Upload Mockups to BigCommerce
Once you've downloaded the mockups, follow these steps to upload them to BigCommerce:
Log in to your BigCommerce store.
Go to the product you want to update.
Follow the instructions provided in the BigCommerce help center to upload the mockup images you downloaded from Gelato. You can find those instructions here.
