Making Changes to Your Products
You have the flexibility to modify various aspects of your Squarespace products directly within the Gelato platform. This includes making changes to the design, product title, and description.
Editing the Design
To edit the design of your product:
Go to the Stores section and choose your Squarespace store.
Find the product you want to edit and click the pencil button to open the design editor.
Make the necessary adjustments to your design.
Click 'Continue' to save your changes.
Editing Product Title and Description
To edit the product title and description:
Go to the Stores section and choose your Squarespace store.
Find the product you want to edit and click the blue 'Edit details' button.
Make the necessary changes to the product title and description.
Click 'Publish to Store' to update the product in Squarespace.
Making Changes to Product Price, Media, and Images
For tasks such as modifying the retail price or updating product images, you'll manage these directly within your Squarespace store. Let's walk through how to do that.
Editing the Price
You can change the retail price of your product directly within your Squarespace store. For detailed instructions, refer to the Editing Products article in Squarespace's Help Center.
Editing Media and Images
While you can't directly add new mockups from Gelato to already published Squarespace products, you can easily update existing images or upload new ones through your Squarespace product editor.
To update images:
Go to the product you want to edit in your Gelato store products page.
Open the design editor and go to the product preview.
Right-click on the mockup image you want to download and save it to your computer.
Upload the downloaded mockup to your Squarespace product.
